Key tasks of the DES Performance and Partnership Leader

  • Drive customer acquisition activities that attract job seekers, realising a continuous pipeline of program participants from a variety of referral channels.
  • Seek, cultivate and retain strategic alliances and major accounts with prospective employers that identify new and ongoing employment opportunities and provide scope for leveraging further relationships
  • Source Government and non-Government program opportunities and complementary servicing options
  • Lead and support the program’s personnel recruitment, induction, on boarding and training functions.

About the role

The Performance and Partnership Leader acts in the role of area manager and is committed to achieving significant outcomes in the delivery of the Disability Employment Services (DES) program in their region by meeting performance objectives and providing quality service delivery through coaching, mentoring and fostering high a performing team.

  • Understand the labour market, the resourcing needs and constraints of employers and devise solutions.
