About This Employer - One of the largest health service providers in the state, servicing 1/3 of the top end. Indigenous programs and services include, health and well being, mental health, AOD, renal, disabilities and allied health. Our team is a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team who have come from across Australia, with a mix of experiences and specialties.

Position Specifics - Reporting to the Mental Health Manager. This key autonomous role is part of our multidisciplinary mental health team, providing evidence-based mental health practises/sessions to our indigenous children and youth in Alice Springs and surrounding communities who have mild to moderate mental health including social and emotional wellbeing needs.

Essential Skill Set:

• AHPRA registration
• A demonstrated understanding of mental health issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with Indigenous communities
• Computer literacy with ability to use electronic patient databases
