Your new company
A leading national wholesale/distribution business are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a full time, permanent basis. Working out of the head office based in Glen Waverley, you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of the companies AR process and help develop processes & procedures further.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Manager your duties will include:

  • Raising and issuing invoices
  • Following up, collecting, and allocating payments
  • Processing claims & rebates
  • Assisting with month end close
  • Managing & resolving invoice queries

What you’ll need to succeed

  • High level of experience in end-to-end accounts receivables
  • Pronto system experience highly desirable
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills
  • Hard working & strong work ethic
  • Have a positive, outgoing personality
