  • Join an energetic, team working onsite in one of Brisbane’s cutting-edge, luxury apartment complexes in a lively complex 5kms out of the city
  • A mixture between owner investors and tenants/landlords
  • This role requires an Assistant Property Manager (someone with at least 6-12 months experience) to assist in the day-to-day management of portfolio apartments in this stunning complex of approximately 120 apartments
  • Experience using software including Property Me is preferred although not necessary
  • General administration/office duties including assisting clients with their inquiries - over the phone and face to face;
  • Assisting with the preparation of business documentation;
  • Monitoring and responding to general inquiries via email;
  • Data entry of business invoices into Owner files within our software program PropertyMe;
  • Conducting Entry, Exit & Routine Tenancy Inspections and completing reports;
  • Assisting in the processing of rental applications including reference checks;
  • Sending Entry Notices for Inspections and Maintenance;
  • Delivering mail; and
  • Supporting the Business Managers as required.

The ideal candidate...

  • You must have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in Property Management
  • MUST have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Immaculate presentation and a vibrant, friendly personality
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Efficiency, Accountability and a sense of maturity and responsibility to be able to work without supervision
