Mandurah Catholic College is seeking enthusiastic and customer service focused Administrative Assistants who are looking at expanding their skills with a varied workload and enjoy a work/life balance by joining the relief pool.
Assignments will be varied and successful candidates for the relief pool will be called in on an as needed basis. Is it essential that applicants who apply are comfortable with the casual nature of this position and have the ability to be available on call and sometimes with minimal notice.
The successful candidates will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills, are immaculately presented, have a strong willingness to learn and are supportive of the vision and goals of the College. In addition, the ideal candidates will possess the ability and necessary skills to provide relief for the College Receptionist, conducting all aspects of reception duties in a professional and succinct manner. Demonstrated previous experience in a receptionist/administration position in an education setting would be highly desirable, but not necessary.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Criminal History Check from the Department of Education and maintain a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), as required under the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004 (WA).
