Your new company
Our client is looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join their dynamic team located on the Southern end of the Sunshine Coast. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively.

Your new role

  • Provide direct support to the management team
  • Provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the business
  • Creating client files, drafting and sending of correspondence
  • Daily file management of electronic and hard copy documents
  • General reception and phone support for the business
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Provide a high level of customer service on a daily basis
  • Be able to work autonomously at times and under pressure
  • This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 5 days per week, business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience working in a similar role is required. A working background in clinical/allied health would be highly desirable
  • You must have strong computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office packages
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
  • You will be able to show initiative, have a meticulous and thorough nature and a high level of confidentiality.
