Requirements:

• Human, operational and financial management
• Strong business and management acumen
• Continuous improvement and practice development
• Working experience within aged care services
• Ensuring that a high level of customer service is being delivered to clients
• Passion for working with indigenous communities and understanding of cultural engagement
