An exciting opportunity for an Application Assessor in the Australian Public Service. The Application Assessor will work with a high-performing team that evaluates the suitability of medical devices and medical tests

In this position you will manage applications for approval of such medical devices while providing regulatory and technical assessments. You will also have to evaluate technical documents and data, along with producing clear written reports.

Desirable skills and experience:

• Experience with regulatory assessments and engaging with stakeholders
• Experience or skills in project management
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly
• Sound judgement and organisational skills
• Skills or experience in reporting, data management, data analytics and visualisation

Mandatory requirements:

• A relevant Science, Engineering, Biotechnology or Biological science degree
