Background

A government department requires four APS5 equivalent contractors to support the successful delivery of graduate and entry level programs and recruitment activities.

Position Description

This role includes onboarding and managing over 400 Graduates and Entry Level Program candidates.

Position Objectives

• Be accountable to contribute to the management and planning
• Assist with preparing correspondence and communications to our stakeholders and customers
• Research, draft and prepare briefs, correspondence and reports
• Work collaboratively, operate as an effective team member and provide constructive feedback
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns
• Carry out work which complies with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks
• Resolve problems using expertise
