Your Impact

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Bondi Junction – Oxford Street West, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team.

You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.

About Goodstart Bondi Junction – Oxford Street West

Goodstart Bondi Junction - Oxford Street West is a 65 place child care centre conveniently located on Level 6 of the Bondi Westfield Shopping Centre, with easy access to the Bondi Junction Terminal for those families who commute into the city as well as servicing the neighbouring suburbs of Woollahra, Tamarama and Edgecliff. We also have designated parking spaces allocated to our centre to enable a safe drop off for families. Our centre is secure and accessible with a pin code that is given only to our parents.

Our childcare centre is spacious and filled with natural light and our rooms are split into three age groups. We have two beautiful outdoor play areas for each age group at the centre.

Our educators are committed professionals who foster an ethos of respect and belonging. Our team is culturally diverse and this diversity translates into our educational programs. We also encourage families to participate in the development of our responsive program.

We have a strong focus on supporting the holistic development of each child. Our program builds learning skills, early literacy and numeracy, life skills and social and emotional resilience. We also offer extra-curricular experiences on a weekly basis to support our program.
