The Opportunity

We are offering an exceptional candidate a Casual Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

Our centre caters for 80 places, for children between the ages of 6 weeks and five years with opening hours from 7.00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Ideally located near Seddon, Kingsville and Spotswood. Our natural outdoor environment is designed to inspire play-based exploration with features including a cubby house, outdoor kitchen, vegetable garden, water play area, sandpits and more.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Successful Applicants must also hold

• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
