Our client is eyewear provider who is seeking Senior Optical Dispenser to move into managerial role in Frankston store.
Directly reporting to store manager you role will be:

Role description:

• Maximises store financial performance - sales revenue & KPI performance
• Champion customer service
• Upholds strong and consistent store operational standards
• Demonstrates the BN values
• Roster: Tuesday- Saturday

The Assistant Store Managers specific contribution to the store’s success is to:

• Run the store as the Store Manager on the Store Manager’s rostered days off
• Lead by doing and demonstrate excellence in customer service - as an ASM you are in constant contact with customers and team members so have the potential to have a large impact
• Train and support Optical Assistants
