The Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Medical/Oncology Nursing leadership team in our growing 32 Medical/Oncology ward. The successful candidate will provide team leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective management and the ongoing development of our team. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Skills & Experience
You will have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, and an engaging leaderhip style
- Recent acute medical and oncological nursing experience (essential)
- Qualifications in Oncology nursing (desirable)
- Passion for providing an exceptional patient and family experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus for quality improvement and innovation
