Your new company
You will be working for a government organisation, based centrally on the Gold Coast, who offer services to the community. Due to an increased workload, a Business Support Officer is now required to assist the team.

Your new role
This role will require you to assist with the day to day operations of the office, creating work orders, reconciliations, following up contractor costs, you will be working closely with supervisors to arrange jobs and manage costs, accounts payable, accounts receivable and manage high volume inboxes. You will be responsible for a high volume of data entry and be required to work within a fast paced environment. Whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous exposure to the Public Sector is desirable. This is a position for a hard worker with a go-getter attitude and someone who has a high attention to detail, works well under pressure and can manage own work loads and responsibilities. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and previous experience working with large ERP/work order systems. Along with intermediate to advanced MS office skills.
