Our client is a large organisation that offers the opportunity to utilise and develop your current skills. This client is a well-respected public sector organisation.

Your new role
As a part of your new role you will get the chance to support a medium sized team through liaising with community providers, coordinating meetings and participating in the delivery of a range of projects. This position will require you to manage telephone and e mail enquiries, appointments and calendar systems for multiple staff and a range of data entry responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for external participants and will be required to provide a high level of professionalism whilst providing information on the company’s services

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a support or administrative type role and have proven knowledge using Microsoft Suite. You will be able to attend to executive assistant duties, travel management and reception duties, as well as having strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in the public sector.
