Cadastral Surveyor – Senior Role

The Company:

Working on some of Australia’s highest profile commercial projects, this company employs some of the survey Industry’s best Surveyors. They are expanding across the Queensland and multiple positions exist for surveyors with Australian project experience, registered with the Queensland Survey Board.

The Role:

• Coordination of Cadastral Surveys,
• Completion of some field work as required,
• Supervision of field staff and survey plan drafting,
• Quality control and endorsement of cadastral survey plans,
• All office tasks associated with cadastral surveys,
• Quoting for cadastral projects,
• Successful project management in accordance with budget requirements,
• Generate new work and maintain existing client base.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Formal surveying qualifications,
• Possess current registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as a Registered Surveyor with eligibility for Cadastral Endorsement or already endorsed.
• Experience using software such as 12D and/or Autocad preferred,
• Trimble Robotic Total Station (or similar) experience/knowledge,
• GPS experience/knowledge,
• Strong communication skills,
• Experience working in a team
