Our client is an industry leading organisation based Centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their current demands multiple opportunities exist to join their contact centre as a customer service officer.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be servicing customer inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department in a centrally located on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing high volume inbound enquiries
  • Data entry - logging interactions and information into the data base
  • Manage secure and sensitive data
  • Providing excellent customer service

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience within either a contact centre, office or retail / hospitality environment
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Availability to work between 7am-8pm
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
