The client

Our client is an Australia-leading retirement housing developer who is an ASX listed company. They have over 20 year’s experience in providing living options, facilities and services that enable retirees to live the life they’ve always wanted in their later years.

The role:

• Work with internal Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate and deliver events
• Work with internal operations, development, sales and marketing to ensure the teams are updated and you have the relevant material to engage with groups
• Drive communications to all community groups
• Following up customers effectively and professionally
• Update the CRM
• Update the Sales Manager with relevant leads

Required experience:

• Previous experience as a Business Development / Events Manager
• A good understanding of the Real Estate / Property Industry

• The ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients
• Highly organized
• Strong desire and determination to achieve results
• Personable and empathetic nature

Benefits:

• $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus ($40,000 - $60,000)
