Your new company
This tier 3 company have been around for over 20 years and are turning over nearly $200mil. They work within a range of sectors including, aged care, education, industrial, childcare, retail and commercial fit out.

Your new role

• Work within an experienced commercial team
• Projects up to $40mil in the commercial sector
• Work closely with Project Managers and Subcontractors to help deliver the programme on time
• Administer claims, variations and process payments
• Ability to display strong previous references from direct managers

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working in the commercial space for at least 2 years
• Experience as a QS or Contract Administrator for over 3 years
• Strong budget management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience on projects over $5mil
