Our client is a well-established and successful boutique law firm on the central Gold Coast. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their firm.
Your new role
This busy role will see you managing a high volume of conveyancing files A-Z across residential conveyancing using both LEAP and PEXA.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
- A proven ability to run your own files A-Z
- Someone with commercial law experience could be considered
- Open to doing bits of PA work for one of the solicitors
- Immaculate presentation, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

This firm also has 2 staff members who perform the initial file opening work so that you can focus on working the file. They will then provide admin support throughout.
