This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Kiosk Coordinator to join the team and lead our Kiosk team!

The Role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, our Cook will be required to run a safe, efficient and profitable kitchen that meets business targets and food preparation standards and to maintain the right food stock levels in order to meet food orders for customers. You will also have to produce food of a high quality so that customers return and give positive recommendation to their networks and their friends.

While this is a Permanent Part time position, we would ask the successful applicant to empathise with the needs of our organisation during peak periods.

Key Accountability

• Maintain kitchen standards according to Health Department Regulations
• Ensure food orders and food stock costs are within budgets at all times
• Meet business targets particularly profit margins and wastage levels
• Meet and handle all food requirements by writing and changing the menu, as required
• Offer food of a high standard so that customers return

Essential

• Current First Aid (Level 2)
• Current Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Food Handling Certificate
• Qualification as a Chef
• Prior experience as a Food Chef
