About the role | Customer Relations Officer As the Customer Relations Officer, you are responsible for the efficient resolution of customer feedback, complaints and disputes and will provide subject matter expertise on individual cases, inform stakeholders with the information required for efficient and timely resolution and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements is adhered to. This varied role will ensure you are constantly learning within a supported and flexible team environment, with no work day the same. What we’re looking for Strong decision making skills Ability to identify and act on operational improvements including root cause analysis and remedy on a case by case basis An understanding Regulatory requirements and timeframes for complaint handling Demonstrated customer service and effective decision making skills Demonstrated stakeholder management skills Experience handling complex customer issues and conversations Certificate III Financial Services (desired) What’s in it for you Greater Bank isn’t like the big banks.
