As suppliers of high-quality products for a range of industrial applications across Australia and the Pacific Islands, our client’s continuing commitment to maintaining high standard of customer service has ensured their business is booming. And now they need another Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Gosford on the sunny central coast.

This role will see you learn the business from the ground up, receiving and actioning all incoming calls, and taking ownership of the customer inquiry process from start to finish. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support, offer solutions using your product knowledge, redirect calls, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.

What will your day look like?

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Process all orders that come in and provide quotes to customers
  • Take ownership of enquires and see the process through from start to finish
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure client satisfaction and relationships are maintained
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required

What we are looking for?

  • You are a clear communicator with an excellent phone manner
  • You are able to identify potential growth, overcome hurdles and think on the spot
  • You are a big picture thinker and can be responsive to what’s happening around you
  • You are confident in your ability and can take ownership of this role when needed
  • Experience in the Electrical manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
