ABOUT THE ROLE
Our coastal practices are very busy, all granted with a long patient data base, with loyal clients. Maleny and Caloundra accommodate more of an elderly demographic, including mature aged patients and families. As one of our valued Dentists, you will provide our patients with excellent clinical care, performing all aspects of general dentistry with an exceptional level of professionalism. Orthodontics and cosmetic surgery experience will be highly regarded.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert clinical and preventive oriented oral health care
• Collaborate with other clinicians to deliver customised treatment plans for individual patients
• Work closely with clinicians and support staff to ensure efficient, effective, and productive services
• Provide accurate patient clinical records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow the policies and procedures of 1300SMILES

YOU WILL NEED

• Significant Clinical experience delivering professional and high-quality dental care in all areas of general Dentistry
• Current AHPRA and ADA certifications
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a proactive team
• Awareness of clinical risk management
• Orthodontics experience ideal
• Demonstrated commitment to service performance and accountability
