Sanctuary Recruitment is supporting an award-winning Australian Aged Care provider to identify a Deputy Director of Nursing for one of their medium-sized facilities. The facility is located within one of Sydney’s most aspirational beachside suburbs. This role may suit an RN working in supervisory or Clinical Care Coordinator capacity.

About you
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will present with strong clinical & people management skills. With the support of an experienced DON, you will work together to deliver exceptional care and customer experience to residents and their families:

• Registration as an RN and at least three years Aged Care experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and grow junior members of staff
• The ability to function within a multi-disciplinary team
• Conflict management experience and a resolution-focussed mindset
• Exposure to ACFI, and the Aged Care standards and accreditation process
