The Centre
Brand new 139 place purpose built Early Learning Centre due to open January 2022! This centre is easily accessed from Centenary Hwy and situated near the bus interchange as well as being close to a fantastic shopping and aquatic centre. Walking into this centre you will see 8 beautiful and light filled learning spaces designed to inspire curiosity, fun and a sense of belonging as well as a purposefully designed nursery topped with a centre kitchen opening on to a piazza for communal mealtimes. Adding to your children’s learning is a large, central architecturally designed outdoor play space full of intrigue and adventure and a dedicated art spaces/ateliers.

The Opportunity

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Documenting and sharing with families in their children’s learning and development.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered, you will have:

• A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Prior experience in long day-care
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Paid Blue Card)
