The Opportunity
Our client is a federal government agency. They have a great opportunity for an EL1 Change Design and Implementation Manager to work across a number of transformational change management activities.

Long term contracting opportunity with an initial 12 month contract on offer with a good likelihood of ongoing extensions. Flexible working arrangements in place and partial work from home available.

This is an EL1 level role with a daily rate of $585 plus super on offer.

The Role
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Gathering and developing structured insights and recommendations for change design and implementation of projects
• Developing, implementing and evaluating project and change management requirements in accordance with the Project Delivery Framework and Change Management Framework
• Creating materials for senior internal and external stakeholders, including the Minister, Board and Executive Leadership Team to communicate perspectives, recommendations and implications for the Agency
• Presenting recommendations and facilitating discussions with a range of Agency stakeholders and senior leadership
• Identifying, assessing and reporting change risks or issues
• Developing action plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation
• Leading the tracking and evaluation of change management activities in the Agency and proposing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Influencing and advising project sponsors on how to effectively manage and implement change

About you
The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in transformation, design, change management and project management
• Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities, proven within large complex organisations
• Change and/or Project Management qualifications
• Demonstrated success delivering against key performance indicators and delivering results within agreed timeframes
• Experience working in complex cross-functional teams, with previous government experience highly regarded
