Evolve are a workforce management which has brought a breath of fresh air to casual work in construction. To put a long story short, we payroll your probationary period for contractors. Generally, this is between 3-6 months and is perfect for you to get a good look at whether you would like to work for the contractor you are working for.

Current active roles.

• 50 hours a week - Northside - Infrastructure Project - Load, unload trucks, excavator work.
• 50 hours a week - Southside - Commercial Civil - Hammering, Footings, Trenching, Backfilling.
• 50 hours a week - Gold Coast - Commercial Civil - Hammering, Footings, Trenching, Backfilling.

Requirements for the roles.

• Excavator Ticket.
• White card.
• Multi Skilled candidates will be highly desirable.
• 2 recent contactable working references.
• Strong work ethic - this is ongoing to permanent don’t forget.
