Leading health and care provider is seeking an experienced and capable Executive Assistant to support three general managers in their Coburg head office. This dynamic and engaging opportunity will be a rewarding and fulfilling position for the right candidate. The role is a 3 month temporary position with full-time hours. The successful candidate will be a highly confident and organized professional with an independent streak.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration and support of general managers and their functions
  • Diary and email management
  • Agenda setting and minute taking for meetings
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Overseeing the production of the company newsletter
  • Ad hoc administration duties

Experience & Skills

  • This role would suit an motivated self-starter who is methodical and organized
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Confidence and outstanding communication skills is essential
  • Systems orientated with a methodical approach
  • Ability to prioritize and be self-directed is vital
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite
  • Flu vac and first dose of covid-19 vaccine or preparedness obtain
