Your new company
Your new role will be with a Worldwide leader in Real Estate Services in the Commercial, Residential and Industrial space. They are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to come in on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be tasked with ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction through providing excellent and cost-effective maintenance services within all nominated properties. You will be responsible for managing the building contractors and their performance in line with company expectations.

What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Well-developed time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and manage property expenditure budgets and reporting variances
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiencies
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Monitor tenancy fit outs and ensure fit outs comply with required standards
  • Manage Contractors to ensure delivery to set KPIs
