McArthur are partnering with leading Aged Care provider to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator, for an immediate start. Utilise your knowledge and skills to make a meaningful contribution with our not for profit client. This is a full time, 3 month role (with the possibility to extend) has a convenient central location and work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, generation and management of invoicing
  • Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks when needed
  • General administration related to finance function
  • Maintaining and monitoring financial records and accounts

Why you’d be successful in the role:

  • Previous experience in a Finance Administrator role
  • Knowledge and experience with Xero software
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
