The Role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor has responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation and management of Front of House staff Pinky’s restaurant ensuring superior guest focus is at the forefront of all activities. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise, train and coordinate the work of all Food & Beverage attendants. Ensuring efficiency standards are implemented, with a strong customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated Leadership experience and ability
- Minimum of two years’ experience in similar position
- Understanding of the hospitality industry with particular regard to motels and Resort restaurant and banquet facilities.
- Enthusiastic, loyal and energetic team member with positive outlook ensuring high morals and clarity of purpose.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and work harmoniously with people of all backgrounds.
- Strong customer focus.
- Computer literacy – POS
- Active team leader and team player
