Address: Sydney based role to service customers in the Hills district and surrounds with work location at customer premises
Job position: Full Time Tiler (Wall and Floor)
Salary: $65,000 per year, plus superannuation
Skills: Relevant qualification & Trade license & relevant experience

Duties and Rules:
Prepare work areas on floors and walls for new tiles.
Remove old tiles, adhesive and grout and ensuring all surfaces are ready.
Removing and replacing cracked or damaged tiles.
Read and interpret plans and specifications to translate into a finished product.
Safe handling of tiles and stone into work vans, preparing the sand cement, screed.
Prepare surfaces for tiling, waterproofing, by applying cement mortar.
Tile wall and floor surfaces.
Using tile-cutting tools to cut out the shape and the tiles needed for borders and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes/tubes.
Plastering tiles, cleaning up, and removing excess grout.
Apply a sealer to make grout stain- and water-resistant.
Work Experience and Skills Required:
2 years of relevant work experience
Have a valid NSW driver licence
Solid, full skills as a tiler
Good vision and hand-eye coordination
Good physical fitness
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients
The Ability to work unsupervised
The ability to adapt and be a problem solver
