Practice Information:
Established for about 40 years, this practice currently has 7 GPs. Mixed Billing. You’ll be supported by full time nursing support, and a wonderful administration team. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm, Saturday mornings and caters to a wide variety of patients which stem from an agricultural and farming community. One of the Practice Principles has an interest in Skin Cancer and therefore does a lot of procedural work. There is also a high number of ATSI within the community.

Position Description:
The role will include broad primary health care in a rural setting. Paediatric, youth, adult and aged care health, immunisation, general medicine, shared ante and postnatal care, travel and tourist medicine, employment medicals, mental health, minor injuries, chronic pain, preventive health checks, extended primary care, indigenous healthcare and chronic disease management. The practice offers primary care in a large and well-equipped practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery

• Current AHPRA Registration + minimum of 3 years medical work experience.

• Current working rights in Australia
