About the role

Calvary Hobart is pleased to offer recently graduated Registered and Enrolled Nurses (with less than 3 months full time experience), the opportunity to apply for our comprehensive 2022 Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP).

This program will offer participants an excellent opportunity to be a part of a leading mission based healthcare organisation to gain a variety of clinical experience and professional development in a supported environment, enhancing growth and development as a graduate nurse in the clinical setting. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to deliver a high level of quality, safe and patient-centred care.

The 2022 GNTP may be undertaken at either of our two Hobart Hospitals - Lenah Valley or St John’s - and positions are available in a variety of clinical settings, including Perioperative.

Successful applicants will be offered PERMANENT part time (0.8 FTE) contracts, with a GNTP component of 12 months commencing either February or March 2022.
