The Division of Academic and Student Engagement (DASE) provides leadership to achieve the University’s strategic goals in relation to fostering and creating new knowledge and skills, ensuring students are appropriately prepared for the workforce and beyond. To enhance the University’s executive and continuous professional education development offering, a Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) Unit has been established within DASE to develop and deliver PACE products.

Due to future growth within the University, a newly created role is available for a Learning and Development Specialist to join the PACE team. This role is based in Adelaide’s CBD for the duration of 12 months offering the flexibility and combination of an office / working from home environment.

Your new role
Reporting into the Product Development Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide expert advice and services relating to the design, development and review of high quality learning and development solutions, including micro-credentials and online offerings, for our industry partners. The Learning and Development Specialist will be required to have a detailed understanding of market demands and viability of learning and development solutions, to ensure our solutions are ‘fit for purpose’ meeting the demands of learners, industry, government and the community.

We are seeking an innovative L & D Professional who can develop, manage and evaluate a suite of micro-credential and online learning products ensuring the delivery of high quality, customer centred, profitable courses and services. You will be a natural leader to engage and motivate staff around you, and to work with diverse stakeholders from across the University and various industries.
