Based in Tomago, this privately owned engineering and manufacturing great is looking for someone with a keen eye for detail to provide support for the ERP, HRIS and other business systems. Working on defence projects, protecting critical information is a big must for this company. You’ll also be researching, designing, and implementing improvements.

The Dot Points:

• Support the ERP, HRIS and other business systems
• Implement new software and hardware
• Provide training and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.
• Conduct research, design and implement identified improvements to the IT and Communications systems across the group of companies
• Provide help desk support to Epicor users via a ticket help desk system
• Ensure the reliable performance of our ERP system, Epicor
• Troubleshoot and resolve related hardware, software, user access or other problems as they arise
• Investigate how we can push out relevant data to users, so that they can make informed decisions
• Develop and produce reports for business analysis purposes

What are we looking for?

• Experience as an IT systems administrator / Data Administrator
• SQL experience, including creating queries
• SSRS experience
• You communicate with ease and quickly build relationships across diverse groups of people.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities to meet objectives
