Practice information:
A Medical & Cosmetic Skin Centre offering Mixed billing. Services includes a full range of health services, including men’s and women’s health, health screening, immunizations, assessment and management of chronic conditions including palliative patients, mental health assessments, skin checks and skin cancer treatment and surgery. Incontinence treatment, snoring treatment, weight loss and fat elimination treatment.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
• After Hours requirements: 9.00am - 2.00pm (Sat & Sunday) on roster

The two practices are located on one of the main streets of a beautiful Fraser Coast town. It’s about 250km and 3hrs drive from North of Brisbane with landscape. Its nearby Fraser Island, calm beaches, reputable educational facilities including access to tertiary institutions make it a sought-after destination. This area has one of the Queensland’s best natural holiday destinations with World Heritage listed Fraser Island and Lady Elliot Island

Position Description:
It’s an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic general practitioner or specialist. Good experience in broad general practice with patient centred skill is required. Competitive percentage (mixed billing) with excellent nursing and admin supports. Working hours is flexible and family friendly. Full patient base & high demand. Replacing relocating GP.

The role requires the GP to have skills and experience in particular the medical diagnosis, treatment and management of chronic diseases. The practice aims to provide the highest quality primary health care for our patients in a courteous and efficient manner. The GP provides ongoing education and participates in health promotion
