CGL – Retail Services is the retail marketing division of the Clemenger Group.
With our two market-leading brands, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing, we offer unparalleled Sales growth for our clients via merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping and auditing.

Currently, we are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals to fill a variety of casual merchandiser roles we currently have on offer.

As a casual merchandiser, you will be required to:

• Merchandise our clients’ product range within major supermarket chains, department stores and Independent grocery chains within your assigned area.
• Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
• Complete seasonal planograms when required
• Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit

Location: the opportunity will cover Belmont, Rivervale and surrounding suburbs.

Hours/Days: average hours range between 5 - 15 weekly depending on client needs and availability is required with key days as Wed/Thurs/Fri.

Hourly Rate/Travel: $26.89 hourly rate and 0.78 cents per KM travelled compensated from store-to-store.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous retail or merchandising experience
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Ability to receive and store the Point of Sale items to your home address
• Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
• Commitment to work on an ongoing basis in a casual position
• Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company

Activities can be physically demanding in nature, especially planograms, so you need to be confident with working autonomously to complete these tasks.
