Do you have previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing? Are you looking for a challenging and fast paced role?

Our client is a manufacturer of quality poultry products for the Food Service and Retail Markets. Based in Mount Kuring-Gai NSW, we are looking for a permanent full time Night Shift Supervisors.

The successful applicant must be flexible and willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime & weekends when required.
Duties will include:

• Ability to maintain high standards of food safety
• People management
• Manage rosters and schedules
• Ensure employee compliance with company policy and procedure
• Maintain high standards in general performance (KPI’s/ targets/goals)
• Contribution to section planning
• Organise and supervise a large team

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have recent experience in a similar role
• A strong understanding of food safety, HACCP & GMP
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• People management and conflict resolution skills
• Enjoy working within a small team environment
• Be prepared to work in a chiller environment and with raw poultry
• Not have any birds, pigs or chickens at your place of residence
• Be physically fit with no restrictions
• Own car and driver’s license
