Our top performing Sales Consultants have come from various backgrounds with no prior sales experience! Our new sales consultants at Employsure go straight into our ’Cadets Academy’. This is where we provide all of the tools and knowledge to succeed in this role.

  • Starting competitive base salary of $60,000 + Commissions. Expect to earn on average $85k and over $120k per year, if you are excelling in your role

What does the day to day look like?

Cold calling potential small and medium businesses and discussing Employsure’s award winning service. You will be booking consultations for our Business Development Managers to meet with these businesses to present our services.

The recruitment process:

Keep an eye on your emails, as once you have applied, you will be sent an email/text with link to complete your First Interview within 48 hours! This questionnaire will help us get to know you better, and in return you will get a fully customized personality profile with a coaching tip! It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to complete so make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable place. If successful following this, you will then be invited to speak to one of our Recruiters for an interview. The sooner you completed the brief online interview, the sooner you will hear from us.
