Our client is hiring more office administrators to join their expanding team delivering administrative services for its fast-growing national operation. You will join a team of very capable and dedicated professionals. You will need to have high attention to detail, exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and be a clear thinker with capacity to learn and perform a wide variety of activities quickly. The business is well recognised for its sophisticated systems, procedures, use of latest technology and ongoing team development program.
The role includes interacting with business owners, corporate investors and other professionals via phone and email, enquiry processing and management, including updates to a central database and providing team support.
Employment is on a permanent, full time basis after a short probation period.
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- A strong work ethic
- Team player
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Established self-checking skills
- Proficient skills in computers and relevant software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn from constructive feedback
- Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a professional office
- High level of initiative and strong intellect.
