The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is currently seeking a hard working Project Coordinator to join our National Waste Sales & Contract Performance Management division in Cameron Park. This newly created position would be suitable for someone with the proven ability to manage projects and deliverables, and provide support to the National Contract Manager Defence.

You will work on a number of assignments varying from small to multi million dollar projects, managing all of the contract change proposals, business improvement plans, reporting, and sustainability outcomes. As the Project Coordinator you will work closely with various stakeholders within the solid and industrial waste team, as well as various DoD stakeholders and contractors.

You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and deliverables
  • Experience working with the Department of Defence desirable
  • Experience within construction or waste industry highly desirable
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues and make decisions
  • Competent in Google and Microsoft systems
  • Ability to establish and maintain ongoing effective relationships
  • Proficient financial knowledge eg. Profitability/ROI calculations
  • Ability to hold a Defence Baseline clearance
