This established Real Estate Company is situated in a premium beachside location and is committed to providing exceptional service to their clients and achieving the most outstanding results in the industry. An opening has come up for a new Property Manager to join their vibrant, successful team.

Your day to day duties as a Property Manager within this agency include:

  • Reporting to the Department Head
  • Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of properties
  • Process maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Lease renewals
  • Routines, entries, exit inspections
  • Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants/ follow up and clear communication

About You:

  • 2+ years of previous Property Management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation
  • Valid driver’s license
