The Role

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our warm, friendly, and professional team at GWG Recruitment in Sydney, Hunter Region and the Central Coast. The role will service our growing and attractive client base which includes enterprise, government, and non-profit clients.

Working with our collaborative team of consultants, you will develop new business, retain existing business, and deliver high quality permanent and contract recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

We are seeking consultants for our Engineering & Construction practice to meet significant demand across our large and diverse range of clients.

Your Experience

You will be comfortable and competent with sales activities, generating new leads and client acquisition. Your experience will include managing a large client base and developing strong relationships with clients.

You have a track record in recruitment delivery and can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of contemporary recruitment methodologies and related practices.

A strong understanding of your verticals / sectors, the relative skills, and talent in market demand are critical. You will be versed in talent pooling and pro-active candidate management.
