Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
The Maitland Hospital

Maitland Hospital is a Level 4 Rural Referral Hospital nestled in the heart of NSW’s Hunter Valley. Their Emergency Department cares for approximately 50 000 patients per year and services one of the fastest growing Local Government Areas in NSW. The team is best described as dynamic, resilient and hardworking, with strong nursing and medical leadership. The Maitland Hospital ED is currently preparing for transitioning to a new site in 2022, and is developing workforce capacity to service the growing community.

About the role:
This position will see you primarily providing frontline nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department as a member of the multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will be mentored by a high performing leadership team and will have access to CNE supported training and a structured progression through the ED Models of Care.
