We are looking for a professional, well-presented, well-rounded and knowledgeable Restaurant manager to be a part of this passionate team and cultivate an enjoyable workplace.

About You:

• Fine dining management experience essential
• Attention to detail and pride in all facets of their work
• Minimum 2 years Restaurant management
• Keen eye for detail and presentation
• Un-paralleled customer service skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Experience in financial and BOH a bonus
• Great understanding of beverages and wines
• Works well in a team and leads one even better!
