About the Culture and Role

We are searching for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join this established and performing team in Pacifc Fair, Gold Coast! Together with your team, you will be responsible for building a customer base from the ground up, creating an exciting and fun environment for customers to learn about all types of piercings and jewellery.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will have an energetic and passionate approach to the piercing industry and culture, as well as a comprehensive understanding of all things retail!

Skills and Experience

* Body and/or Needle Piercing Qualifications ESSENTIAL
* Retail Management experience in Jewellery or Fashion advantageous
* An eye for creative body jewellery styling and a love of pop culture!
* Ability to communicate with people across all walks of life!
* A passion for exceeding customer expectations
* Talented sales and results-driven approach to KPI’s
* Proven and successful history of Retail Management
* Ability to manage wages/rosters, stocktaking and VM
* Proven record of coaching, training and team development
* An understanding of safe and hygienic piercing standards
* Current Maintain Infection Prevention Certificate
