Your new company
Specialising in the delivery of large Over 50’s Lifestyle Resorts, this established Gold Coast business are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator to join the ranks.

Your new role
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the Pre-Construction phase is operating at maximum efficiency. You will update and maintain price lists, negotiate with suppliers and trades, liaise with drafting and site teams and produce estimates on new homes.

What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have 8+ years experience in Residential Estimating and have an in depth understanding of best practice when it comes to the pre-construction phase. Prior experience with the duties listed above is essential, as is a team-focused attitude and high work ethic.
