About us

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. About the team

The Infrastructure and Place division is in the process of delivering an ambitious and once-in-a generation $28 billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come.

The opportunity

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Senior Officer Property Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the facilitation of properties and for implementing property strategies. You will also provide expert property advice to Project and other stakeholders to direct good property solutions. In addition, to be successful in this role, you will;

  • Manage collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure optimal property strategies and divestment outcomes.
  • Facilitate the timely provision of property clearances to support agreed divestment pipeline targets. Review the property portfolio to identify opportunities to contribute to the development the forward divestment pipeline.
  • Manage the provision support to assist the undertaking of land management activities across the State.
  • Support rigorous workload planning, management and reporting to ensure agreed timeframe are met and accurate progress updates, risks and issues are communicated with all relevant stakeholders.

About you

You will have demonstrated extensive experience in a range of property and commercial matters as well as demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.

You will have the ability to find solutions.

You’re an excellent and effective communicator; both verbally and in written formats.

You will also hold relevant qualifications in a property based discipline or have extensive experience in property.

Salary and Benefits
